Inside, The Foyer sets an elegant tone instantly with its French doors and marble fireplace. - Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We have 52 parking spots in the parking lot outside the Dane Estate that wraps around the building. With 45 acres of land, we have 300 parking spots around campus.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Rice, paper, glitter, silly string, confetti, candles and sparklers may not be used inside the house. Smoke and fog machines are not permitted inside the house. Absolutely nothing can be taped, stapled, glued, nailed or otherwise attached to the walls or ceilings.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our site fees are as follows: April through December: $2,500 Monday - Friday $4,500 Saturday $3,500 Sunday January through March: $2,000 Monday - Friday $3,100 Saturday $2,400 Sunday
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- These fees include five hours of event time plus two hours of setup time and one hour of breakdown time for your vendors.
