Discreetly tucked away on more than 15 acres, with a wide variety of sociable farm animals! The location is owned and maintained by a family, and while it does host other types of events, weddings are their primary focus. We are a 5,000 square foot air conditioned barn located in the beautiful country side of Eustis, Florida. We are surrounded by 15 acres of stunning, rustic elegance, open aired green space with some friendly farm life on the side. The wedding preparations at The Farmhouse on 44 start at the farmhouse, where you and the other members of your bridal party will have access to a roomy getting ready suite. This room features white vanities in the manner of old furniture, chandeliers that hang down from the ceiling, and elegant furniture to create a dreamlike ambiance. The Farmhouse on 44 features a number of whimsical settings where you can say your vows, including in front of a large number of stunning oak trees. The most popular location, on the other hand, is a lovely grove of trees that has grown into a canopy over the ground below them. This grove of trees not only offers an ideal level of shade during the hotter months of the year, but it also creates a very intimate atmosphere for wedding ceremonies. As soon as the newlyweds have said their "I dos," their guests can choose to follow them to the open barn or the cocktail HR area as the bride and groom take stunning photographs all around the lovely property. This magnificent building has stunning views of the gardens, glistening chandeliers, a built-in bar, and exposed beams all throughout.
