The Establishment

The Establishment at Bradburn Village is a special events venue in Westminster that is owned and operated by local residents. It is located in the heart of the Bradburn Village neighborhood. Our sprawling venue is comprised of two ballrooms, a lounge, a boardroom, a terrace, and a foyer, among other amenities. When all of the available spaces are utilized, The Establishment at Bradburn Village can accommodate up to 520 guests and provides breakout space for large groups. An outdoor terrace surrounded by oversized evergreen trees provides the ideal backdrop for cocktail receptions and small ceremonies at our venue, which is available year-round. While the grey-hued ballrooms and halls, grand chandeliers, and whimsical sconces create an elegant and romantic atmosphere, they are also dynamic, allowing them to complement your event theme and style! The establishment is conveniently located just 20 minutes outside of Denver, Colorado. The establishment is open 24 hours a day.
