About The Dungeon at La Maison O
La Maison O can be rented in its entirety for film production and features several amazing spaces including The Dungeon. The Dungeon can be rented separately for private events, parties, weddings, Sweet 16, anniversaries, etc. The Dungeon is an actual 2000 sq ft dungeon that has been built in the lowest level of La Maison O. With an occupancy of 40 it features a centerpiece circular bar, a conversation pit, as well as state of the sound and lighting and a hot tub!

The Dungeon at La Maison O Pricing
Available Summer 2024 -- Now accepting reservations. Rentals range from $500 to $1000 regardless of number of guests up to a max of 40. Sound & Lighting is $250, us of the hot tub is $250 (sits 6-8). 50% deposit at time of booking, fully refundable up to 14 days before event. 50% penalty if cancelled within 14 days. Balance due 7 days out. If event cancelled within the 7 day window, penalty is half of total rental. Outside catering is allowed but there is no kitchen. Bar has a sink and a small dishwasher as well as two beverage refrigerators. Alcohol service is BYOB.
