The Experiential Floor features 9 artistic vignettes with large-scale installations—perfect for experiential events, product launches, networking mixers, or creative workshops. It includes a modular kitchen and three bathrooms, and can host up to 80 guests in a visually stunning, interactive environment. The Event Hall offers a contrasting aesthetic with an all-white, modern design—a versatile blank canvas ideal for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, performances, and conferences. This floor can hold up to 75 guests and includes a beautifully designed bathroom. Both levels provide open layouts for flexible event setups and are equipped to support high-quality photography and video, making the space perfect for content-driven experiences.
