Over thirty years ago, Bill Laderer found his passion in serving delicious cuisine to the New Orleans area. His restaurant “Uncle Bills” quickly became a favorite to local families not only because of its delicious food but also because of the joyous atmosphere created by Bill. His business reputation grew and soon he served not only locals but also Presidents and celebrities! Courtyard on the Ridge…”Your Story is Our Story” Over thirty years ago, Bill Laderer found his passion in serving delicious cuisine to the New Orleans area. His restaurant “Uncle Bills” quickly became a favorite to local families not only because of its delicious food but also because of the joyous atmosphere created by Bill. His business reputation grew and soon he served not only locals but also Presidents and celebrities! Life was good! However, he always dreamed of serving families as they celebrated their most memorable occasions. The location and design had to be just right. In 2006, Bill found what is now known as Courtyard on the Ridge. The venue was completely remodeled to reflect the very beautiful French Quarter of New Orleans. Today, Chef Bills vision has come true. Courtyard on the Ridge allows him to provide delicious food, a fantastic bar, and excellent service in a venue that is second to none. But, his most proud accomplishment is being able to create a story in a family’s life that will be told for years to come. Because for him, Your Story is what is most important at Courtyard on the Ridge.
