The Cooper Estate is a popular landmark in our South Florida community. This estate today tells the story of what “Old Florida” was all about 100 years ago. The oolite limestone barn and home are meticulously maintained and have been lovingly preserved in every aspect. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. Massive live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, a sunken grotto, all naturally shaded and lined with rare palms, along with acres of manicured gardens are just some of the unique features “The Cooper Estate” has to offer. If you are looking for a place to host a dream ceremony and reception, our team is excited to invite you back in time where hospitality and creativity collide in Miami’s treasured rural community called, “Redland”. Unlike most venues The Cooper Estate packages include everything needed for a special and elegant event. A wedding is quite a production and they will do as much as you allow them to do. There is no need to hire an outside planner as they will understand your vision and assist you with the planning and design of your big day. Also included is a Day Of Coordinator that will make your timeline, act as a personal concierge for you and your family members and manage all vendors throughout the event. You will also find included in their package the DJ/MC, valet parking, ceremony space including chairs and podium as well as all of the set up, breakdown and cleaning fees. Separately their in-house catering services are very customizable and include tables, chairs, china, floor length linens, napkins, flatware, plate chargers, servers etc. Small luxury and elopement weddings are trending now. The word elopement no longer means, to put a ladder out the window and escape!
