The Mezzanine is a large indoor space with 4,000 sq ft of open walls and bare space perfect for custom decoration, brand launches, galleries, banquets, great for private corporate meetings, brand launches, banquet events, networking moments, and large dinner parties. It is a truly unique space that creatives can curate experiences in. A white canvas ready to be turned into any event experience with full production. This room has no furniture or set-up included, other than a portable bar, truly allowing for open decor to create any ambience that fits your specific event. Fully Private featuring a reception check in entrance before the drapes. The room is an odd shape loft style passage walkway overlooking the retail spaces and food hall that opens up into a rectangular open space. *Full in-house bar and catering services, labor and staffing included in rental. *AV Equipment is available at additional charge. *3rd Party out-side full service catering company is accepted with license and insurance.

Dine in with 12 culinary vendors from around the world, we can curate very unique experiences. The rooftop has the ability to be sectioned off for semi-private rentals. This space can be booked for up to 100 people- pricing will depend on the package of food and beverage as well as seasonal booking dates. Space can be decorated when semi-private rental is in place- very good for brand launches, holiday parties, and corporate/networking events. In a semi-private rental, music and ambiance is determined by the Venue as other clients will be in nearby space.
