An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, we were excited to open up this space for guests to host private events such as family celebrations, business meetings, wedding functions, and multi-course food & beer pairing events. The Barrel Room is located within DESTIHL Brewery and offers something unique. Our modern industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, where you'll be greeted with our warm hospitality and have an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois. The Barrel Room at DESTIHL Brewery offers various menu selections (food & beverage) from DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and the Beer Hall. Our private event team will work with each host to hand-select the perfect menu for your event. So whether it's a seated dinner with beer pairings or a reception-style event with a buffet, DESTIHL will help you boycott a bland experience.

Starting Pricing
Wedding Events will start with a rental price, food and beverage costs, plus any rentals needed. Private events will have a Food and Beverage minimum to meet with food and beverage selections. Dates, Time of Year, and Length of Event will affect these costs and minimums. Please reach out for a more accurate pricing on the details of your events.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing starts at $1,500 to upwards of $3,500, before any food or beverage costs.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- This includes access to our space, the bar, furniture, lighting, and audio system. We provide custom 8 ft. farmhouse style tables, black resin folding chairs for guest seating, and whiskey barrel cocktail tables. We also provide a select choice of dinnerware and napkins, with upgrades available.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- All cancellations must be received in writing. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of event, 50% of the estimated grand total will be charged. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of event, 100% of the grand total will be charged.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, We have a long sidewalk to the entrance to the building, and everything is on one level. The Barrel Room is separated by one doorway from the front door. The Greenroom is accessible by elevator.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Our Event managers will be in touch to finalize your event and are there day of to run the event. They are not coordinators, so they do not handle any guest coordination, but will ensure that the event runs smooth and all food and venue details are covered!
