- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Rates vary by date, day, and season. Non-peak 3-hour full lounge buyouts (not including the salon) have food & beverage minimums from $15K–$25K (5–10 PM) or $35K–$75K (after 10 PM). Early events ending by 4 PM are $5K–$12K. Higher rates apply during peak season.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The food & beverage minimum serves as the venue rental. It includes food, beverage, servers, bussers, bartenders, hostess, venue managers, on-site event coordinator, standard house music, and existing furniture with standard setup.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue’s reception capacity is 133 guests, with 80 actual seats (excluding barstools). We can host up to 200 on a flow. With limited furniture removal (fees apply), capacity increases to 145-150 without affecting the room’s aesthetics or atmosphere.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- All décor must be approved by the venue and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive not to limit creativity, as long as the venue is returned to its original condition and no damage occurs during setup or teardown.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes, we offer on-site catering, food does not come from the hotel banquets. We offer our group menu with a variety of options, from passed appetizers to interactive stations. Custom themed menus can be created with advance notice.
