How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Pricing depends on the day and time of the event and what event space is chosen. Event space rental starts at $500 for a small boardroom and goes up to $3,000 for one of our larger spaces like the Event Lawn or Ballantyne Ballroom. We also have food and beverage minimums for each event space.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Event space, hotel provided chairs (white folding chairs for outdoors, banquet chairs for indoors), hotel provided table linen (in white or black), glassware, tables, silverware, inclement weather back up space.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
Cancellation is tiered and fees are larger the closer in to the event date. Cancellation clause will be listed in your event contract.
What is the venue capacity?
We offer over 40K square feet of flexible event space. We have indoor and outdoor options. Capacities change based on what event space you choose. Our Ballantyne Ballroom maxes out at 385 guests seated, our Fairway Ballroom maxes out at 140 guests seated, Carolina room maxes out at 100 guests.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
Yes. All events onsite with the exception of cultural and speciality events must use our inside catering team. We have preferred vendors for South Asian and Kosher events.
