The perfect venue for the perfect day; The Attic is a hidden hideaway designed especially for gathering together. Whether its a birthday, shower, wedding or just wine night with the girls, The Attic provides a gorgeous venue to host all of your special events. A gathering place with plenty of space; our 900 sq. ft. venue provides ample space for parties up to 20-25 comfortably. We provide complimentary seating as well as adjustable tables suitable for table or bar height dining and entertaining.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum - $350 per hour after 10:00pm
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The Attic accommodates up to 25 people comfortably with 12 tables and 25 chairs (one 60” x 36” table + eleven 24” x 24” tables) as well as a sink, ice maker, fridge, and garbage receptacles (trash removal service is included).
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellation for your event must occur 14 days prior to the event date or the 50% hourly deposit will be forfeited; the security deposit remains eligible for refund.
- Do you require a deposit?
- A 50% deposit plus a refundable $150 security fee will be due upon booking; if major cleaning or repairs are required prior to your event, the security fee will not be refunded.
