Meetings, parties, special events, and corporate gatherings are all held at the Texas Star Conference Centre. Our conference manager can provide you with ideas for room arrangements and specific requirements, and the rooms are totally customisable based on your needs. In our vast facility, there are traces of Texas history everywhere. The Texas Lone Star Flag is lighted by light fixtures in the Conference Centre, and silk replicas of Texas flags flown over the years hang on the walls. Guests can even watch the sunset while sipping iced tea from the back veranda's rocking chairs. The Conference Centre offers a divisible space of 7,000 square feet. The large ballroom can accommodate up to 320 guests, or a separate room can be reserved for as few as 10 individuals. The larger rooms provide access to the open-air terrace and veranda, which overlook the stunning 18th-hole landscape. The 4,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion is the ideal location for your wedding or other special event. Our divided area can accommodate up to 300 people for your reception, but it also works well for smaller, formal or casual gatherings. For Spring and Summer gatherings, our outdoor veranda and patio are ideal. Our catering and event coordination specialists will help you plan and execute your wedding or special event from beginning to end. They can help you select menus that are appropriate for your event or customize one to meet your special needs or theme. Weddings Allow our staff to assist you in making your event unforgettable.
