The common space of the ground floor is perfect for hosting special events, and the Swann House also offers 10 beautiful, individually decorated guest rooms and plenty of gathering options (including a pool and outdoor terrace) for guests. The grand ambiance of Swann House is enhanced by spacious rooms with twelve foot ceilings, elaborate crown moldings, and in-laid wood floors.
