Spring Ranch Mendocino

Spring Ranch Mendocino is one of the oldest surviving ranches on the California coast going back to an original Spanish land grant from the 1800’s. One part of our Grand Victorian Mansion was built in 1852 making it one of the oldest surviving Anglo structures in all of California. We purchased the ranch in 2000 and fully renovated the entire property using architectural artifacts we collected from around the world. Our objective was for you to feel the romance of an original 1860’s California coastal ranch. Because we only rent the property exclusively, you have your own private estate perfect for a destination wedding weekend. Spring Ranch Mendocino can accommodate weddings up to 200 people and lodge up to 23 of your guests onsite in our Grand Victorian Mansion and Barn Loft. Spring Ranch sits in meadow surrounded by a grove of massive 170-year-old Eucalyptus trees while having unobstructed westward views to the Pacific Ocean. From the property you will enjoy magical coastal sunsets. Though the property is located in this pristine setting, it is only 2 miles from the historic village of Mendocino that has a multitude of lodging options for your guests. At Spring Ranch you can have a: welcome party Thursday night, rehearsal dinner Friday night, ceremony and reception Saturday night, and Sunday brunch. Some of the highlights of Spring Ranch Mendocino include: The Grand Victorian mansion that sleeps 21 guests The Barn loft which sleeps the bride and groom The 1860’s Event Barn and stone patios that can accommodate up to 200 guests Multiple ceremony sites both on the ocean and in our Eucalyptus Grove The adjacent Van Damme state park with hiking trails along the bluffs and secluded beaches Given the private nature of the ranch, we host a limited number of events annually. Our weekend fee is $19k for the exclusive use of the entire estate for 3 nights including the lodging for 23 guests. This price includes all fees an taxes. Given that we are located in an epicurean center of California, we allow you to choose your own food and alcohol. The local possibilities are endless! We have a preferred list of wedding planners.
