- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- If client chooses to cancel the event anytime that is less than (10) business days prior to the event date, client will be charged the full cost of the event as a cancellation fee. Fifty percent (50%) of the cancellation fee may be used as a credit by Client toward re-book within one (1) year.
