- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No we do not have a liquor license. We do require alcohol to be handled and served by a hired bar service for all of our events
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our packages start at $500 for a non-wedding event space rental up to $8000 for 3 night overnight packages including lodging for 18 guests. Please inquire for prices specific for your celebration
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Inclusions are based on the type of celebration and how long you would like to have the property for your event. We are happy to share specifics as it relates to your event.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- We have a loud noise ordinance set from 10:00pm to 7am. Amped music must end promptly at 10:00pm. We are walking distance to many bars and clubs that are open until 1:00am!
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We include some parking for our overnight guests who stay on the premises (2 cars for each cottage). There is a private parking lot and a town parking lot available on the street adjacent to our venue.
