How much does it cost to rent the venue?: Club 360 starts at $375/hour (minimum of 4 hours). Red Room starts at $625/hour (minimum of 4 hours).
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?: Event agreement required and non-refundable 50% of the rental fee is due to secure the date/venue. Remaining fees are due 30 days before the event. If an event is cancelled, client may apply the non-refundable deposit to a new date within six months in the same venue.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?: Events must end by 11 PM with clean-up completed no later than 1 AM.
Does the venue have a liquor license?: Scottsdale Hangar One does not have a liquor license. Only private events may bring in alcohol, but must be served by a licensed bartender. Non-profit organizations who can secure a Series 15 Liquor License may host fundraiser galas and events, but must work with licensed vendor to procure alcohol.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?L: Limited onsite parking is available for Club 360 events only. Events with more than 60 guests must use our exclusive valet provider.
