SCAD Ivy Hall, formerly the Peters House, was designed by noted architect Gottfried L. Norrman in 1883. In 2007, SCAD acquired and extensively rehabilitated the building, which reopened in fall 2008. - Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- While we encourage using Vendors from our Preferred Vendor List, other Vendors (including Caterers) are permitted with prior approval from the Venue Manager.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- The art, sculptures, and furniture may not be moved. No decor that will leave a permanent hole or mark is permitted. All final decor and floor plans must be approved prior to the event.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
