Event Venue: The new Sandhill Crane Golf Clubhouse is approximately 22,000- square feet in size with more than 15,000 of those under air. That means there is ample patio and balcony space surrounding the building. The outdoor space allows for significant overhangs and staging areas to offer shelter from the weather and includes the cart barn. A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 220 people (banquet/meeting seating) and 180 (wedding seating) is part of the space, as well. Residents, visitors, and businesses will be able to hold a variety of events at the clubhouse, which will include use of the second-floor ballroom as well as plenty of open-air space. Weddings, quinceaneras, life celebrations, bar or bat mitzvahs, luncheons, corporate gatherings, company meetings, and holiday parties are just a few examples. Requests for both inside and outdoor events can be met.
