Our indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces offer your event the flexibility to be able to move seamlessly through the entire wedding day. With our climate controlled facilities, you can be prepared for nature's weather surprises, but still be surrounded by the beauty of our serene green space. All packages include 12 hours of rental and the following extra amenities: wedding rehearsal of 2 hours on evening before wedding reception tables & chairs for guest number specified above in reception area benches for wedding site use of arch, arbor, or cross use of private areas to prep before event use of designated space for set up and breakdown of the event use of kitchenette space, refrigerator, & prep area studio and cottage space can be configured according to your needs furniture owned by Sanctuaire Atelier golf cart transportation from the bridal dressing area Cottage & Studio Warehouse are equipped with Smart TV and WIFI Cornhole board set, horse shoes, bocce ball, and croquet game set Fire pit at both locations with firewood and kindling Free on site parking A BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED OF $1500 TO RESERVE DATE WITH THE BALANCE DUE 60 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING DATE. ALL WEDDINGS REQUIRE A EVENT INSURANCE POLICY WITH $1MILLION AGGREGATE / $2 MILLION PER OCCURENCE. (TYPICAL POLICY COST IS $220-240)
