- The Grand Hall has a seating capacity of 300–350 or can accommodate up to 600 guests for a standing reception during evening events only. The Port Commission Hearing Room has the following capacities: 100 theater style, 60 in rounds, 70 classroom, & 120 reception.

- Our venue fee includes general event staffing, security, janitorial services, and an on-site events manager during the event.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- While we do not provide in-house catering or bar services, we partner with exceptional caterers who can help design your event and curate food and beverage experiences to suit your event perfectly.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Our venue is ADA-accessible, featuring two passenger elevators to the second floor and accessible restroom stalls for guest convenience.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We offer an approved catering list with a wide range of options, but it’s not exclusive. We’re happy to work with outside caterers, though all vendors must be reviewed and approved by our team in advance.
