Wedding Chapel Our wedding chapel, also known as the Hambrick Chapel, was built in 1857 as part of the Roseland Plantation grounds. The interior was entirely restored after a fire in the 1950s, with air conditioning and heating, excellent lighting, ceiling fans, and historical stained glass windows and pews. Ballroom Around 1850, the Roseland Plantation Ballroom served a plantation near Mineola, Texas. The building, with its pine and parquet wood flooring and large columned front porch, was moved to Roseland Plantation in the 1950s to serve as a pool house for her guests. A restroom, a full kitchen with a private caterer's door, and an enclosed sun porch were constructed. The ballroom can accommodate 120 guests for a buffet or hors d'oeuvre reception and 60 guests for a sit-down dinner. The extra-large front porch increases the amount of seats available.
