Rocklands Farm Winery exists to feed, nourish, and engage our community, and it does so through holistic management. Holistic management is the process of balancing social, economic, and environmental factors in order to ensure the success of the entire farming operation, as well as the success of the surrounding community and ecosystem. As stewards of our families, communities, and lands, we employ regenerative practices that recognize the accomplishments of the past, create value in the present, and build future-capacity for those who will come after us but whom we will never meet. We are enthusiastic about what we do and delighted to be able to share this knowledge with our community. THE LOCATION OF OUR OFFICE Rocklands is located only 40 minutes west of Washington, D.C., in the scenic Montgomery County Agriculture Reserve, and is easily accessible from the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Enjoy our delicious wines and nutrient-dense food while relaxing in a tranquil setting on our rustic, historic working farm, where you can reconnect with family and friends and renew and refresh yourself. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine with a farm-fresh meal, shop at our on-farm market for our handcrafted wines and 100 percent grass-fed and pasture-raised meats, and participate in one of our many events, which include live music, wine camps, and a tour of our operation.
