- How much does it cost to rent the venue?

- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes all of our events come with a Catering Sales Manager who will work with you on the menu, floor plan, timeline, event logistics, and can facilitate any rentals if need be. Each event is under the supervision of an Event Captain.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Robert's event capacity depends on the type of event. Cocktail Party: 250 Seated Dinner: 160 Dinner & Dancing: 120 Ceremony & Reception with Dancing: 75
- Is there a seperate buyout fee to close the restaurant?
- Our pricing is structured as a package price which includes the value of the business lost by closing to the public, based on day/date/time of the event, as well as the cost of food and beverage arranged for the event, as determined by the number of anticipated guests, and ultimately menu selection.
- Is there a wedding ceremony fee?
- There are several options for your ceremony to be held onsite before your wedding reception at Robert. We can arrange an informal ceremony alongside the reception in Robert for up to 75 guests or you may rent either the 7th floor event space of the museum's theater space.

Catering Sales ManagerA NYC native, Alex grew up in the hospitality industry and has planned hundreds of events. Some of her favorite events include her work with Broadway openings and the annual Thanksgiving Day breakfast she organizes for families of 9/11 first responders, now in its 23rd year. In her free time she enjoys going to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, spending time with her son, and trying new restaurants.
