Visit us at the Nature Center to experience our tanks, terrariums, and Discovery Room in person! At River Legacy Nature Center, you may engage with the displays and get up up and personal with natural wildlife. Its wing-shaped roof rises majestically over the surrounding forest, creating a stunning natural backdrop for your one-of-a-kind event or special occasion. River Legacy Living Science Center was built with a focus to environmentally friendly design. Design by renowned architecture firm Jones Studio, the limestone and granite structure includes three enormous red oak trees that serve as structural support for the roof, literally bringing the outside in and creating a seamless connection to the surrounding woodlands. The building is constructed of limestone and granite with a limestone and granite façade. The River Legacy Living Science Center is an amazing indoor/outdoor venue for couples looking for an unconventional and distinctive wedding venue location. The Nature Center is thrilled to announce that we will now be offering birthday parties in our Discovery Room!
