- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- There are many ways to customize events at RiseNY to best suit your budget. We would be happy to explore some possibilities with you.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The venue rental includes three floors of event space, including seven New York City-themed galleries. Our famous flyover ride attraction is also available as an upgrade option. The rental also incudes an Event Producer to plan and manage your event and day-of venue staff.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the invoice is due upon signing in order to reserve your date. Full payment is due two weeks before the event date. Should the event be cancelled after that two week period, the funds are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The full capacity for the venue is 300 guests. The Ride seats 46 passengers at a time. These passengers must be 40 inches or more tall.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- RiseNY is a New York-themed museum and ride attraction. The gallery displays must stay intact and cannot be altered for the event. There are plenty of options to integrate branding throughout the space.
