- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We offer the venue for $6,500 for a one-day rental and the fee goes up to $12,500 for a 2-day buyout for up to 2 events with a breakdown day. For mini weddings, please contact us directly.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Exclusive use of the property for the timing of your rental, including the barn, riding rink, fields and forest. We are happy to mow specific areas of the field for your ceremony, coctkail hour and dinner. An event manager is present throughout the entire rental, but an outside planner is required.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 250
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow fireworks, flame lanterns, smoke machines, sparklers, confetti or glitter. Candles are not allowed in the barn or riding rink (LEDs are ok). Any adhesives used in the barn must be approved and no holes may be drilled or nailed into the walls.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No - couples can bring in the insured off-premise caterer of their choice. We have a small prep kitchen in the riding rink, but open fire cooking and food trucks are also welcome!
