Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, Rembrandt offers two floors, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and boasting gorgeous views of the Flatirons. Stunning light birch flooring throughout the venue enhances the flood of natural light during the day, while the custom, professional lighting offers a warm, romantic glow as the sun sets. A rotating exhibit of carefully curated local art hangs on the second floor while the third floor showcases a stunning greenery & floral installation on the ceiling. Additionally, experience our two getting ready areas, the Champagne Suite & The Whiskey Lounge. Both offer stylish lounge furniture, getting ready mirrors & spaces, and ample natural light for picture perfect moments with your loved ones. What is included in the venue rental cost?: 15 round tables (5 ft) , 4 banquet tables (6 ft) , 4 banquet tables (8 ft), 5 cocktail tables, 125 wooden folding chairs and access to both floors of the venue (6,500 sq. ft.). We are excited to now offer two getting ready suites: The Champagne Suite and The Whiskey Lounge.
What is required to secure a wedding date?: A non-refundable 20% of your venue price is needed to secure your wedding date. Priority for dates will be based on order of booking request, meaning it’s a first-come, first-serve mode. We cannot hold dates. Your date is reserved once we receive both your deposit and a signed contract.
What are your vendor policies?: We require you to use one of our approved caterers. Otherwise, we have a robust Vendor list to choose from. Bar Service, DJ, Photography, Florist, Videographer and more. You are not required to choose vendors from this list, but keep in mind, they know the venue well.
Do we need a Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator?: Yes, Rembrandt requires you to contract with a professional coordinator or planner. We do offer coordination packages through the venue, although you are not required to use or services (not included in package price). This person may not be a family member, wedding guest, or member of the wedding.
Are food & beverage included in the venue price?: Food and beverage are not included in venue rental, and can be booked through our Approved Caterer List.
