A 20k square foot food hall with an adjacent, exquisite private events area and one-of-a-kind stunning speakeasy lounge that, yes, can be rented out for a truly unique event. Politan Row at Colony Square hosts genuinely one-of-a-kind events with its vast, spectacular space, plentiful food options, and handmade beverages. THE BLUE ROOM is a room that is blue in color. Our private events room is next to the food hall yet offers complete seclusion, making it equally comfortable, convenient, and lovely. The room features a 40-foot ceiling, complete audiovisual equipment, a picture booth, and a private bar. With seating for dining, mingling, and lounging, as well as its own bar, the events room can accommodate up to 120 guests for just about any occasion you can think of. THE WELCOME TO JOJO'S COCKTAIL LOUNGE You can rent JoJo's, our private lounge that will transport you to another universe, for a really one-of-a-kind experience. JoJo's, tucked away in Colony Square's quiet interior, with cathedral-height ceilings, an all-vinyl soundtrack, and a dark, romantic feel. Ideal for private events of up to 80 people.
