Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
Yes, we have an Preferred Vendor List. We ask that you work with one of our Preferred Caterers. We also work exclusively with Edlen Electrical for power and Brown Pelican for broadband. You are welcome to work with your preferred vendors for all other categories.
Does the venue have a curfew for events?
Your event can go until midnight.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
The venue rental includes the use of the space for 14 hours. Apart from the facility fee there are ancillary fees for items such as janitorial, security and venue manager.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Yes, Pier 27 is handicap accessible.
Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
Yes, you will be assigned a Venue Operations Lead that will guide you throughout the planning process at our venue. They will be your partner and will help your event be a success.
