Beautiful, modern second-floor loft space and rooftop deck and gazebo overlooking Hollywood Boulevard, just two blocks east of the Dolby Theater (site of the Oscars) and world-famous TCL Chinese Theatre. This is a one-of-a-kind venue right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, within view of such iconic sights as the Hollywood sign, The Egyptian Theater and the historic Musso & Frank Grill. For the first time, this hidden gem is available for your office party, wedding reception, birthday, photo shoot, production, and other events! The deck is roughly 1,500 square feet and features elegant bistro string lighting. It can comfortably accommodate up to 70 people at one time. This "minimum" is the average price based on a 4 hour event. Price will vary based on type of event, day of week, hours, # of guests, etc. Please inquire.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- The base fee is $250/hr, plus - $50+/hr for our on-site team (supervisor/housekeeper/security) - $200 cleaning fee Additional charges may be applied based on date, guest count, type of event, inclusion of rental furniture or services, etc.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Your pricing covers the entire rental area - The rooftop of course, but we also have two restrooms, a kitchen, and a VIP room on the main floor, This also covers our on-site rep/housekeeper and door security.
- What is the venue capacity?
- At this time due to COVID-19 regulations we have a limit of 80 guests. The max capacity for the rooftop is 70 people.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Renter may temporarily decorate and rearrange the space within reason, but is responsible to return the space to how it was found before final departure.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We have some preferred vendors for bar service, DJ, photo booth, catering, etc that we can arrange for you and/or connect you to, or you’re also welcome to use your own.
