Perch is an elevated resting place, a whimsical French-inspired rooftop bistro with unobstructed views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline and mountains in the distance, two outdoor fireplaces, various fire pits, and both lounge and table seating. Enjoy classic French dishes with a twist from the menu for dinner, or sip beer, wine or Parisian-inspired cocktails at any one of our three bars, including one on the 16th floor. We also offer a unique and an elegant list of rare Cognacs, Armagnacs, Calvados and French Cordials that many will be able to experience for the first time.
