Beverages not included
Catering for a seated dinner begin at $210 per person (menu-including passed hors d'oeuvres and entrée choice, open bar for 5 hours, ample staffing, plus bartenders and lead staff; and includes tables, chairs, and full table settings) and are subject to a 20% administrative fee and NYS sales tax. The minimum for a Saturday during the peak season is 120 guests. Friday and Sunday is 100 guest minimum. Site fee is subject to NYS sales tax only.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- $12,000 December 1st - April 30th * $17,000 Fridays & Sundays / $22,000 Saturdays in May * $17,000 Fridays & Sundays / $28,000 Saturdays June 1st through October 31st * $12,000 Fridays & Sundays / $17,000 Saturdays in November. Please see attached site fee .pdf

- John & Hillary are the managers on the property and will assist with most event logistics as well as create timeline, set up items, etc.

- The site fee includes chairs for cocktail hour & reception, white linen and napkins, silverware, stemware, flatware and china.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue can hold 210 guests for a traditional reception and 260 guests for a "European style" reception.
