Parsons Castle is one of the few remaining castles in Texas! Parsons Castle is a one-of-a-kind venue suited for weddings, meetings, corporate parties, and large gatherings after a decade of planning, design, and building. The magnificent castle, which stands five floors tall with balconies on each story, opened in 2018 and overlooks the picturesque Lake Whitney. Our 3,000 square foot ballroom is the ideal setting for any occasion. For any outside event, the castle grounds have various gazebos, a big front lawn, a moat and draw bridge, a private pool, and much more. Parsons Castle, perched on a bluff above Lake Whitney and its miles of sandy beach, rich vegetation, and beautiful waters, combines the opulence of a stately castle with all the modern conveniences you'd expect from a Texas wedding location. What's the end result? A stunning, well-appointed location that is frequently regarded as one of Texas' greatest wedding venues. Parsons Castle offers a variety of possibilities for your wedding celebration. In our spectacular ballroom, which features floor to ceiling windows, an amazing rock fireplace, gorgeous tile flooring, and glittering chandeliers, you may host up to 250 guests. Allow enough space for a dance floor or seat your guests on our 200 Chiavari padded seats to properly appreciate their surroundings. If your fantasy wedding takes place outside, take advantage of our rooftop patio (seats up to 150) with spectacular views of lovely Lake Whitney, or the castle's verdant gardens and courtyard, which can host up to 1,000 people. For outdoor events, up to 150 white, padded foldable chairs are available, ensuring that your guests are comfortable and that your ceremony is timeless. After the wedding, organize a castle-style cocktail hour in the lovely courtyard, along the reflecting pool, on the rooftop patio, or in the large ballroom's fully equipped bar.
