- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We do have a preferred vendor list. We are happy to send this upon request to help with your planning!
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Cocktail Reception Venue with Weather back-up Floor Length linen for dinner tables (white, black, ivory damask) Banquet tables, chairs, china, silverware, glassware and napkins Wedding cake stand with sterling silver cake cutting utensils 5 votive candles per table Dance floor (27x27) Stage (18x24)
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- We have an in-house A/V team, Inspire, who can work with you on all your A/V needs! For external A/V companies, a representative from Inspire must be present to ensure hotel compliance, cost is $75/hr.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We are a valet only property. We allow guest parking with our valet for a reduced cost, based on space availability. There is also a public parking garage within walking distance of the hotel. This garage is free in the summer, and charged an hourly rate in the winter.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- We require a licensed wedding coordinator be hired at least 1 month prior to your event to assist with all event logistics. Our wedding sales and events manager will act as the liaison between the wedding coordinator and hotel staff.
