Housed in an 1837 Charleston single home, it was thoughtfully renovated to breathe new life into the building, resulting in an enchanting setting matching the vibrancy of Upper King Street. Each space was meticulously designed to create a modern twist on a historic backdrop, beginning with the courtyard entrance. Guests are immediately drawn to the ornate, custom-designed tile floor and lush plant wall. Once inside, you are welcomed into the Living Room, a lounge area with comfortable seating, adjoining an extensive wine wall. A few steps away, the main Dining Room is adorned with sleek, gold accents and emerald green tufted furniture. An expanded mirror wall reflects the beauty of the space, and the wall-to-wall window opens up to the perfect view of King Street. On the other side of the first floor, the spacious main bar area provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, welcome parties, and after parties. Upstairs, you will find The Parlour, a stunning cocktail lounges that opens onto a piazza overlooking King Street. From the vaulted ceiling and floral wall to the modernized Victorian-era furniture, The Parlour provides a warm, soft atmosphere that draws you in.
