One Fourteen

Located in the center of downtown Nashville, on historic 2nd Avenue, is a wedding and event venue. One fourteen, a restaurant in the heart of Nashville's Second Avenue, has a lengthy and eventful past that dates back to 1875. Second Avenue, which was formerly known as Market Street, ran from Broadway to the Public Square and served as Nashville's commercial center for the latter half of the nineteenth century. One Fourteen is just one of the buildings that serve as examples of the development of commercial architecture in the late nineteenth century on the block of Second Avenue between Church Street and Broadway, which is the only part to have survived largely intact.
