Cost is a simple food and beverage minimum that you will need to meet covering all equipment, staff, etc. From May - October, a wedding ceremony and reception requires a food & beverage minimum spend of $65,000 on Saturdays and $55,000 on Fridays/Sundays (non-inclusive of a 27% service charge and taxes). For dates in April/November, your minimum spend would be to $45,000 (Sat) or $40,000 (Fri/Sun). Off season months can be more flexible. There are no additional venue or room rental charges!

What is the venue capacity?: Offshore indoor space can host seated dinners for up to 350 guests and cocktail parties for up to 750 guests. Semi Private areas are available for smaller events. Celebrations with a guest count of 275 or more guests will be accommodated with a full buyout of all indoor and outdoor spaces.
What is a food and beverage minimum?: A food & beverage minimum is the minimum amount required to be spent on combined food & beverage selections. Offshore does not charge a separate venue rental fee and we do not charge separately for staffing, equipment, or in-house flatware and china.
Do you have a sound system that my entertainment vendor(s) can use?: Yes and our sound system is top-notch. The indoor space, patio, terraces, hallways, and restrooms are all interconnected. Volume control can be adjusted by zone. The sound system is plug and play making it easy for your vendors.
Where can vehicles be parked at your venue?: All on-site parking is owned and managed directly by ABM Parking. We are able to offer a limited number of validated valet parking spaces starting at $20 for up to 4 hours or $35 for up to 8 hours. You are also able to set up a pre-paid contract with ABM for $55 per car for dedicated parking spaces.
Is any furniture included when contracting an event with Offshore?: A wide variety of indoor and outdoor seating is included. The Grand Patio welcomes guests with a fire pit and large permanent lounge furniture surrounding an expansive planter filled with wildflowers. Comfortable patio seating, cocktail tables, stools and dining pieces are available to clients.
