Our Catering for a seated dinner begins at $195 per person (menu-including passed hors d'oeuvres and entrée choice, open bar for 5 hours, ample staffing, plus bartenders and lead staff; and includes tables, chairs, and full table settings) and are subject to a 20% administrative fee and NYS sales tax. Site fees are applicable for use of the facility. Valet is required by client at an additional fee. • Held on Saturday May 15th through June 30th per event $7,000.00 • Held on Friday or Sunday June 1st through September 30th $7,000.00 • Held on Saturday July 1st through September 30th $12,500.00 • Any event held on any day other than the above days $3,300.00 Valet Fee’s: • 150 guests or less $250.00 • Greater than 150 guests $350.00
