Our elegant Barn surrounded by lush green trees and pastures is a picturesque setting for life's most precious moments. Welcome to the Farm! We’re happy to have you explore Oakland Farm’s beautiful property showcasing one of the Sandhills’ charming barn wedding and event venues. Centrally located in Chatham County, our venue is easily accessible from the Greensboro, Raleigh, and Fayetteville areas. Just minutes from the historic Camelback Bridge and downtown Sanford, guests can escape the sounds of the city as they celebrate an evening on the Farm. In 2015, O.A. “Buddy” Keller broke ground on Oakland’s Barn venue to create the perfect space for his oldest granddaughter's wedding. On October 10, 2015, Oakland welcomed its first guests through the barn doors for a perfect fall evening they’d remember forever. Since then it has seen many beautiful and meaningful events take place within its walls. Showcasing old and new materials, the Barn’s aesthetic is the perfect mesh of rustic elegance. In 2017, the Pavilion was completed to accommodate outdoor wedding ceremonies overlooking our expansive, well maintained grounds. Our quaint, refurbished Farmhouse sleeps up to 10 and offers stunning views of the pasture and our horses and Galloway cows. Whether you’re planning a classic wedding, an intimate gathering, corporate holiday party, or non-profit event, your guests will enjoy getting away for an unforgettable day at Oakland Farm.

- What Is The Deposit Required To Reserve My Date?
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your contract price is due upon signing to reserve the farm.
- What If My Date Changes?
- If you are still at least 180 days from your date and the new date is available, then your full deposit will carry forward with the new date. If you are within 180 days of your event, and your new date is available, you will lose 50% of the payments towards your event.
- Do You Set Up And Clean Up For Events?
- Yes. Your wedding coordinator must send a diagram of your desired room set-up at least 7 days in advance. We will break down everything after your rental period ends, which is included in the cleaning fee. You are responsible for removing all your personal belongings and for removing all trash.
- Do You Charge A Cleaning Fee?
- The cleaning fee is incorporated in our pricing structure, so there are no additional fees to our clients!
- Why Do I Need A Wedding Coordinator?
- Our event bookings require one person to be designated as the coordinator who is the only point person besides the client who Oakland Farm will be communicating with regarding your event.
