About Our Venue The New York City Fire Museum is a stunning place both uniquely historic and modern to make your special day a one of a kind experience. During your special event, you and your guests are welcome to visit the exhibition floors of the Museum and party in the third floor loft. The Museum's third floor loft is the perfect place to host your next special event. The space may be rented by individuals, businesses and organizations for meetings, birthday parties, weddings and more! The loft space features hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, a vast expanse of southern facing windows and an equipped kitchen. SPECIFICATIONS Venue Size: 3,030 square feet Ceilings: 12 feet Capacity 150 Maximum Standing 100 Maximum Sitting Catering Outside catering is permitted (no on-site caterer), list of preferred caterers given upon request. Music- A/V No in-house speaker system or A/V equipment.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Cost to rent the space is $500 per hour or $5,000 for 10 hours. Minimum rental time is 3 hours must include time for load in, setup and cleanup.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Included in rental of space is fourteen rectangular tables, 100 white chairs, and equipped kitchen.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No, we have a list of preferred caterers. You are welcome to use your own as well.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No. Clients who would like to have alcohol at their event must hire a caterer with a NYS liquor license and apply for a Caterer's Permit through the NYSLA.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Yes, the latest an event can run to is 11pm and cleanup by 12am.
