- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Rental fees vary based on the event space. Please request our Planning Guide for details.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The venue rental fee includes security, facility staff and Museum guides. Complimentary garage parking available for evening events.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes, MSI holds the liquor license. No outside beverages are permitted.
- What is the venue capacity?
- The venue has multiple spaces with varying capacities. We can host a maximum of 1,200 guests for a seated dinner and up to 12,000 for a full buyout reception.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No balloons, confetti, pyrotechnics, fog, smoke or bubble machines. All vendors must be approved in advance, and have a current Certificate of Insurance. Please inquire about our list of Preferred Vendors.
