A LAND THAT HAS BEEN PRESERVED Monserate Winery, which is nestled between the rolling hills of Fallbrook, spans over 116 acres of breathtaking vineyards, ancient sycamore and oak trees, and tranquil lakes, among other things. Our goal is to create something exquisite that friends and family can enjoy together, whether you are looking to taste our estate grown wine or looking for the perfect venue for your next event. THE HISTORY OF OUR FAMILY Monserate Winery was founded on the principle of preserving the natural beauty and integrity of Gird Valley. It has been 56 years since the beautiful 116-acre property, which is dotted with 100-year-old oaks and towering sycamore trees, was used as a public golf course. The golf course was forced to close after experiencing financial difficulties. As a result of our vision to revitalize the land and create something incredible that would also enrich the lives of those in the surrounding community, Monserate Winery was established. Since 2016, we have been working tirelessly to bring this vision to fruition, and we have made significant progress. As of today, the Monserate Winery is surrounded by breathtaking vineyards, tranquil lakes, and breathtaking scenery. Despite the fact that we are continuing to grow and expand our operations, we remain committed to our original vision: COMMITMENT Our goal is to achieve excellence in everything we do.
