About Mignonette Miami
Mignonette is a new oyster bar in Miami, created by Chef Daniel Serfer and his partner, Ryan Roman. A wide variety of oysters, shellfish, vegetables, and basic and fancy fishies are available at our establishment. Mignonette will be delighted to serve as the hostess for any event or party. We can accommodate groups ranging from 8 to 74 individuals. See the menus on our website for more information. A Miami native, Chef Daniel Serfer has created two restaurants in his hometown - Blue Collar in 2012 and Mignonette in 2014. Even as a child, Serfer had no intention of becoming a chef, let alone a restaurateur with a flagship location in a hooker hotel. His ambition was to become a criminal defense attorney, but while preparing for the LSAT, he learned that his greatest source of motivation was not the law, but rather cookery. Danny's cuisine is made from scratch, is simple to prepare, and is tasty. Chef Serfer is able to seamlessly transition between informal American comfort cuisine and elegant dining without sacrificing flavor, as seen by his restaurants' emphasis on flavor above presentation. The chef-owner of Blue Collar, one of the city's first restaurateurs to build a location in the city's revitalized MiMo sector, is now following in his footsteps with Mignonette, which will open in the city's up-and-coming Edgewater neighborhood in the coming months.
