- Having May River Manor as your venue includes use of the reserved event space for the duration of the event, our onsite Event Coordinator, and parking for up to 60 vehicles on property.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Venue rental at May River Manor varies based on several different factors including time of year, day of event, and room reservations among other things.
- What is the venue capacity?
- May River Manor has several different event spaces to allow you the flexibility to hold different numbers of people in different spaces. For example, we can host up to 20 guests in our breakfast room but can host 250+ in the back yard.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We have a beer & wine license. We allow catering companies that offer beer, wine & liquor to serve on our property with the correct licensing & insurance.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- While there is not a curfew at May River Manor for when your guests need to leave, we do require entertainment to reduce the volume of their music at 10:00 pm to be respectful of the surrounding properties.
