Restaurant-quality food is served at Maritime Parc events, and the venue's accommodating staff and waiters anticipate every need and orchestrate every detail with their invisible hand, ensuring that your event is a seamless and stress-free occasion. Visitors arrive at Maritime Parc via a stately circular driveway that winds its way around the property. An impressive three-story lobby with a majestic chandelier welcomes guests in grand style, serving as the perfect prelude to the private event spaces on the second and third floors of Maritime Parc (respectively The Sky Room and The Aviary), both of which open out to expansive terraces with views of the water. There are two spaces available, both with views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River. The spaces have a combined area of 18,000 square feet of inside and outside space and can be booked individually or in a group.
