APPLICATION FOR PROPOSAL -The Bayview Ballroom is an elegant space measuring 4,264 square feet accommodating up to 300 people. -On three sides, there are floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of Marina del Rey and the Santa Monica beach. -Bayview Patio with 360 degree view of Los Angeles and the shoreline. -2,000 square feet of outdoor space with plenty of natural light -The Bayview Ballroom is directly connected to this location. -Ocean and shoreline views that are absolutely breathtaking -California Ballroom is a total of 6,072 square feet of entertaining area. It is our largest venue, which can accommodate up to 400 people. There are no columns or other obstructions in this open floor plan.
