We'd like to welcome you to our tiny slice of East Texas Heaven. A stunning venue and residence, as well as 40 acres of lush scenery, provide everything you could possibly need for a comprehensive wedding weekend retreat at our facility. We are ideally located in the DFW Metroplex, Tyler, and Waco, and it is only a 5-minute drive to Cedar Creek Lake from our location in Fort Worth. Our Personal Narrative We're Logan and Abby Misegades, and we're here to help you. Logan is fluent in French. Abby is a native Texan. As a result of spending two years in France and working in the family business (a bed and breakfast set in the French countryside), we began to daydream of opening a comparable establishment in the United States. It is the long-term goal of Margot Hill to provide a taste of the French countryside to the people of East Texas. We are looking forward to extending and developing the land, as well as meeting and getting to know all of the lovely individuals we will meet along the way! The Venue - 5300 sq ft Indoor/Outdoor climate controlled venue including a 1500 sq ft covered veranda - Capable of hosting up to 200 guests - Professional catering kitchen - Separate spacious restrooms for men and women - Covered porte-cochère entrance The Residence - 3500 sq ft custom-built home on-site - Inside you’ll find a family-sized gourmet kitchen, large screen TVs, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with a separate hair and make-up salon studio and groom’s quarters. - The residence has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with a beautifully landscaped pool terrace which includes a private outdoor entertainment area and barbecue grill.
