Mandolin Aegean Bistro, owned by husband and wife pair Ahmet Erkaya and Anastasia Koutsioukis, first opened its doors in Miami in 2009. In Miami, they refurbished a 1940's property that included one of the city's most prominent gardens and outdoor patio spaces, where every detail was carefully considered. Bringing their blended culture and enthusiastic hospitality to Miami's cuisine scene, the pair established themselves as leaders in the industry. Throughout the years, our culinary staff has developed its own interpretations of classic recipes and seasonality of Greek and Turkish coastal cuisines. We are committed to using fresh, seasonal foods while embracing Aegean cooking skills.
